Here, the existence of fixed points for weakly compatible maps is studied. The results are new generalization of the results of [5]. Finally, we study the new common fixed point theorems.

The aim of this contribution is to establish and prove two general common fixed point theorems for four occasionally weakly compatible maps in a metric space. These results unify and complement several various results, especially the main result of Djoudi [2] and references therein.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to study a common fixed point theorem for two pairs of weakly compatible maps in dislocated metric spaces.Methods: Using familiar techniques, we extend the results of Hitzler and Kang et al. in dislocated metric spaces.

In this paper, we find the conditions guaranteeing the existence of a unique common fixed point of two families of weakly compatible self-maps on quasi-metric spaces.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to study a common fixed point theorem for two maps in partial metric spaces.Methods: To prove Cauchy sequence, we used Ψ-f contractive method and obtain common fixed points.Results: We obtained a common fixed point result and illustrated with one example.Conclusions: It is concluded from the present study that one can generalize some results from metric spaces to partial metric spaces.
